Tubotech Plumbing Products Philippines Corporation is located at the Laguna International Industrial Park (LIIP) Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna established in 2007. Tubotech Philippines is the manufacturing base for our head office located in Australia.
Tubotech specializes in the design and manufacture of stainless-steel tubular products such as bathroom support rails, shower seats, faucets, bathroom accessories, and plumbing components. Manufacturing processes include CNC bending, TIG welding, Metal Polishing, CNC Lathe, CNC Machining Centre, Laser Marking, and Vacuum Forming.

Role Description:
The primary responsibilities of this role include performing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks in the following areas: electrical, general maintenance, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry. This position ensures the smooth operation of company activities by safely executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery. An organized approach to work and a strong focus on safety are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Electrical Works

• Performs electrical installations, wire terminations, and pipe layouts.
• Installs and maintain electrical power, lighting, and control systems.
• Ensures electrical installations are in good operational condition.
• Monitors and record all electrical equipment based on machine and equipment checklists.
• Safeguards employees and property from electrical hazards, minimizing risks such as fire, injury, or death.
• Troubleshoots, inspect, and test wiring systems.
• Interprets drawings, blueprints, and understand national electrical code specifications.
• Installs, replace, and repair wiring, conduits, lighting, and other fixtures and electrical components.

2. General Maintenance, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, and Masonry Works

• Maintains the condition and efficiency of all equipment and machinery in production.
• Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Handles and complete maintenance service requests.
• Monitors the air compressor and air dryer.
• Performs fabrication, welding, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and masonry tasks.
• Executes fabrication projects according to provided drawings/designs.
• Manages inventory control of machine/equipment spare parts.
• Conducts monthly inspections of emergency lights, fire hoses, fire extinguishers, perimeter lights, high bay lamps, and all building maintenance aspects.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Master Electrician with a Vocational Diploma or College-level training.
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience in electrical and maintenance work, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in electrical works and general maintenance in manufacturing setup
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay
