We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Medical Technologist to join our team at Phil Med. As a Medical Technologist, you will perform various clinical laboratory tests and analyses to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team.
Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical laboratory tests and analyses accurately and efficiently
• Follow established laboratory safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable test results
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory results
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care
• Continuously update knowledge and skills in the field of Medical Technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
• Current registered as a Medical Technologist with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures, quality control measures, and the use of laboratory equipment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Biosafety training and certification is preferred.
