We are seeking passionate, self-motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Junior Product Managers. This role is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic environment, working on innovative digital banking products. As part of this program, you will receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured development aimed at grooming you into a well-rounded product manager.
Working closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the ideation, development, and improvement of our digital products, gaining exposure to product strategy, design, engineering, and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Discovery & Research:

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify product trends and opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and conduct user interviews to understand customer needs.
• Work closely with product leaders to develop product ideas and prototypes.

2. Product Development & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to understand technical and business requirements.
• Contribute to writing user stories, product specifications, and testing requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).

3. Data & Analytics:

• Support tracking of product performance through KPIs and analytics.
• Assist in conducting A/B testing to measure the impact of new features.
• Analyze data and create reports to inform product improvement decisions.

4. Customer Experience & Feedback:

• Help design user-friendly experiences by working closely with UX/UI designers.
• Participate in usability testing and capture user feedback for product refinement.
• Advocate for a customer-first approach in all product decisions.

5. Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Support the product marketing team in developing messaging and product launch strategies.
• Participate in internal and external product demos, customer meetings, and events.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Passionate about technology, digital products, and the financial services industry.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of product management principles is a plus (but not required).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product tools (like JIRA), or analytics tools is a bonus.
