Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Asst. Commissary Manager at Dean and Deluca Philippines Inc located in BGC, Taguig. The Asst. Commissary Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with Commissary Staff. Additionally, the role involves implementing procedures to optimize operational efficiency and delivering excellent customer service.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead in administering the growth of the commissary operations by ensuring that the department maintains an accurate inventory, analyzes profitability and reduces costs and expenditures.
2.Regulate and strategize accurate order, timely delivery of raw materials and finish goods in and out of the commissary.
3. Establish the smooth operations of the commissary production area, by setting the work schedule and output in relation to store order and deliverables needed.
4. Manage, review and strategize commissary profitability by managing commissary budget, expenses and commissary sales.
5. Collaborate, strategize and support other departments in regards to new products, product improvement and product allocation and movement.
6. Possess the ability to recruit, train, develop, lead, evaluate and dismiss personnel if necessary.
Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of business related course or HRM.
• Must have at least 5 years relevant work experience in Commissary, Restaurant or Hotel (F&B).
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage
• Previous experience in a managerial role

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
