Credit and Collections Asst. Manager

- Supervises and directs the activities and schedules of the C&C team
- Reviews and recommends changes in C&C processes to improve efficiency and productivity of the personnel and the department as a whole.
- Ensures timely and accurate application of collections.
- Reviews all accounts to ensure that provision for bad debts is sufficient to cover possible bad debt exposures.
- Ensures timely release of Statement of Accounts (SOA) and demand letters for all overdue accounts.
- Occasionally visits customers to discuss collection issues, account reconciliation, explain new processes or guidelines and provide suggestions for better management of account.
- Prepares monthly collection target and come up with action plans on how to meet the target.
- Conducts daily investigation of overdue accounts and over-the-credit limits and issues necessary instructions and guidelines.
- Reviews and approves customer master data sheets and sales orders (Cash-COD Basis) and ensure that documentary requirements are in order.
- Reviews and approves all schedules, reports, and communications prior to release to both internal and external customers
- Has 5 years' experience in credit and collection, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure in leasing would be an advantage
- Exposure in ERP and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Pay: Php59,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
