Job Description:
The Human Resources Supervisor/Asst. Manager is responsible in supervising the tasks of the HR Analyst and Specialist and at the same time providing assistance and support to the deliverables of the HR Manager and initiatives of the whole HR Department.
Main Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition
• Training and Development
• Corporate Events
• Support in all Human Resources and other related tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related course
• At least 5 years or more experience in Training, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition
• Must have a good oral and written English communication skills
• Background in shipping/logistics is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
