THE JOB:
▪ Provides assistance in the implementation of all advertising and promotion strategies of the Suzuki automobile product lines.
▪ Supports in ensuring all advertising and promotion projects and tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
▪ Assists in various Suzuki automobile events during ingress, egress and monitoring of the actual event.
▪ Monitors contracts, plans, campaigns and handles all advertising and promo billing requests, payments and other administrative tasks.
▪ Helps in coordinating and monitoring suppliers and service providers to ensure prompt delivery of required items or services.
▪ Coordinates and facilitates communication with advertising and public relations agencies, media outlets and Suzuki automobile dealers.
▪ Assists in processing the necessary arrangements for media test drives/lend-outs and ensures prompt preparation of reports and presentations.
THE PERSON:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing or any related course
• At least with one year work experience in Advertising and PR including Digital Marketing, Media Management/Media Relations or any field is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Advertising and PR (Public Relations) fundamentals with keen understanding of Advertising and Digital Marketing principles and trends, tech savvy
• Has excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Has strong planning and organizational ability
• Basic knowledge in media placements and scheduling, photography, video production PR writing is an advantage
• Creative, resourceful, team-player, versatile with good planning skills & can work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calamba City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• driver's license (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
