Logistics Assistant Manager (Automotive/Manufacturing Industry)
Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Management Lead
• Oversee delivery operations including planning, booking, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conduct research on relevant government regulations to ensure compliance.
• Propose and optimize delivery routes, processes, methods, and quality improvements.
• Perform safety surveys for delivery routes, including loading and unloading areas.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between key stakeholders, including manufacturers, dealers, transporters, shipping lines, insurance providers, and government agencies.
• Negotiate costs and terms related to delivery operations.
• Manage and monitor departmental budget effectively.
• Incident Reporting
• Promptly report any accidents, damages, or losses related to goods handling.
• Operational Reporting
• Prepare and submit timely reports on delivery operations to company directors.
• Team Management
• Provide guidance to new team members, review and approve their work output to ensure alignment with department standards.

Requirements:
Must-Haves:

• Proven work experience in the logistics field
• Basic knowledge of delivery and distribution operations, with the ability to work seamlessly with various stakeholders
• Management experience
• Familiarity with government regulations related to delivery operations

Preferred:

• Experience or knowledge in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Previous experience in a Japanese company
• Skills in negotiating rates with transporters, shipping lines, and logistics providers
• Experience working with insurance adjusters
• A stable work history, ideally with at least three years at one company

Location: Willingness to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
