Job Summary
We are looking for B2B Business Development Specialist/Appoitnment Setter with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
The responsibilities of this role include the conduct of lead generation through prospecting & qualifying new potential business opportunities by proactively sourcing information such as contact information and position via online tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, Uplead, Craigslist, etc. about new companies and produce strategic communication plans. Also, maintaining client relationships, support clients, manage sales activities, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledgeable of working with CRM software similar to Salesforce, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Ultimately, you should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities

• Develop new sales and partnership opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts for long-term success.
• Establishing good rapport with clients.
• Supervise and coach sales representatives to ensure quality sales leads.
• Draft sales proposals and partnership agreements.
• Prepare reports on accounts and transactions.
• Track account targets.
• Monitor and manage sales KPIs

The ideal candidate would have:

• Business, marketing, or similar degree.
• Proven experience and track record in sales.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Experience with Linked In Sales Navigator
• Experience with Sales QL or similar
• Experience with Lemlist or similar.
• Experience with cold calling via VOIP (Skype or similar)
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sales metrics.
• Ability to problem-solve.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
