Business Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Preparing letters, sales invoices, delivery receipts and other documents.
Performing Data entry; encode with accuracy.
Handle and manage emails, correspondences, portals, POs, etc.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Liaise with buyers, customers, vendors and others as needed.
Perform other office tasks as needed/required/assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google sheets (Pivot tables, Filters, Vlookups)
Above average English grammar skills and competencies.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Compensation/Benefits:
Depending on Experience and Depending on Qualification

SL and VL with pay

Casual Office attire.
