The Barista is responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, engaging in coffee mixology and latte art, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a keen attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships. The Barista will also handle cashiering, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support food service operations as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with attention to coffee mixology and latte art.
• Operate the cashier system accurately, managing transactions efficiently.
• Assist with food service and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Build strong customer relations by delivering excellent service and addressing inquiries professionally.
• Engage in client and stakeholder interactions to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: At least college level or a graduate.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a barista or in a similar food service role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in coffee mixology and latte art.
• Strong cashiering and food service background.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Computer literacy for basic transactions and inventory management.
• Pleasing personality and ability to engage clients professionally.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
