Bid and Contracts Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with the construction industry.
The tender process, terminologies, and methodologies Technical understanding.
Keen to details.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Experience in dealing with complex tenders.
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure to meet the established deadlines.

EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATION

Graduate of Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer

ESSENTAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Attends pre-bid conferences for upcoming projects
Prepares bid documents as requirements of the client.
Ensures that required bidding is accurately and timely prepared for submission.
Supervises and monitors overall project deliverables and status.
Studying all related customer documents, and consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
Attend clarification meetings with the Client when required.
Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign-off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by his immediate head from time to time.
