Bilingual Chavacano - Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Provide information to customers regarding renewal options and products in both English and Chavacano.
- Understand customers' needs and educate them on offerings that would most benefit them, ensuring clear communication in both languages.
- Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers by using bilingual communication to enhance understanding and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure that the company retains customers by satisfactorily addressing concerns, offering solutions in both Chavacano and English as needed.
- Suggest modifications to existing practices that increase customer retention and support bilingual customer service standards.
Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
