The Role:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be a critical member of the Customer Experience Onboarding team, working directly with our sales team and customers to ensure flawless onboarding for all solutions. You’ll be responsible for creating an onboarding project plan and managing all tasks and key milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders along the way.
This role is a mix of technical onboarding/implementation and customer training as well as troubleshooting with product and engineering teams. You will collaborate with various teams across the company as needed to support customer requests and help to optimize and improve the usage of our client’s products.

What you’ll do:
  • You will create processes for a smooth transfer of accounts from Sales / Solutions Engineers for onboarding, and subsequently, a smooth transfer to support after the onboarding has been completed.
  • Develop onboarding project plans for customers that outline critical success factors during the launch period including metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.
  • Engage with customers in each step of the onboarding plan, ensure execution of critical setup for all products and channels
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Sales to continuously improve the onboarding workflow based on requests from different enterprise customers being onboarded.
  • Working with customers of all segments from self-serve to SMB as well as Enterprise, providing guided solutions as well as helping drive feature requests to our Product teams.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in a technical environment.
  • 2+ years of customer onboarding in a Saa S environment.
  • Native proficiency in Mandarin with strong spoken and written command of the English language
  • Ability to translate customer needs and various technology platforms to match configured CPaa S products
  • Able to break down complex processes to provide pragmatic solutions and comfortable communicating clearly with stakeholders who have a wide range of technical knowledge.
  • Experience implementing new processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams, with a curious mind to understand modern technology and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, task prioritization, and ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams as well as post-sales ie: Support & CSM’s
