About the Sales Operations Analyst :
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for working with client delivery, operations, and business intelligence staff to build and automate reporting deliverables. This role will be an expert of data for a unique sales team by following trends, forecasting and presenting to the client and client services teams.

• Partner with client services to understand business needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to drive insights.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and measure impact.
• Use SQL, PLX, and Google Sheets to build data models and automate reports.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard expertise.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, PLX, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
