Job Qualification:
Schedule:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any Accounting/Finance Courses.
- Fresh Grads or With at least 1-2 years experience in Billing processing.
- Has Good communication skills.
- Willing to be under Agency, work on weekends and holidays.
- Must be living near/in Pasig City.
- Coordinate with the collector for transmitting original copy of Sales Invoice (SI) & Delivery Receipts (DR).
- Check and ensure completeness of documents (SI/DR/Acknowledgement Receipts (AR)/Counter Receipts (CR) received from Plant, collector.
- In charge of sending documents for province area via courier.
- In charge of safekeeping of customer file.
- Maintain an organized and systematic file customer profile.
- Maintain a computer data base of all filed documents that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
- Answering customer’s inquiry about the status of their SI & DR copy. (phone calls or emails)
- Collate, encode, sort, file and archive received original counter receipts signed by customers in an organized manner.
- Checking and ensuring all transmitted documents especially Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipts are correct and with signature of customers.
- Inform billing & settlement associate of lacking documents and ensure that they submit on the agreed time.
- Ensure timely billing of documents for customers with countering process.
- Prepare transmittal slip for billings and monitor transmitted documents via courier and collector then inform Collection Associate/Officer for any issues.Other duties as may be assigned.
