- Daily sending for Validation of Billing for AR & AP.
- Creation of Payment and collection Approval of invoices which will due immediately.
- Securing that no due invoices are unsettled.
- Ensuring that all invoices send by the LSP is correct in terms of Invoice Format; Proper Charging- Should be aligning with the contract and/or bidding rate.
- Verifying the Correct Charges billed by the LSP. e.g., Incidental Charges and alike.
- Proper Communication with the Customer and Service Providers thru Phone Calls and E-Mails.
- Weekly Pricing and Invoice Delay Report.
- Summaries list of Invoices subjected for Revision.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Customs Administration graduate)
- Good written and oral communication
- Knowledgeable in Import/Export charges and process
- Work experience in Brokerage/forwarding Company is an advantage.
- With experience in Local Distribution and Warehouse process would be an advantage
- Newly Graduates are welcome.

- Documentation Skills.
- Phone Skills and Analyzing Information.
- Multi-tasking.
- Work in collaboration with peers and other departments.
- Proactively respond and resolve customer issues at their earliest stages.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Reconciliation of pending billing to clients and LSP's
- Handle and resolve queries raised by Customers and/or LSP with regards to Billing/rates concern.
- Receiving and Monitoring of Billing Invoices from LSP.
