Job Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Approval and Tracking
- Data Entry into XERO
- Payroll
- Updating Employee files
- Employee Onboarding and contracts
- Business/Employee Tickets and Licenses Register
- Uploading contracts and purchase orders to google drive TO JOB FILES
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Scan emails & action
- Reconciliations OF XERO
- Construct/Update Office Policies and Procedures
- SWMS- DATA ENTRY TO SITE SPECIFIC
- Invoicing-Kirsty
- Debt Collection- EACH CASE TO BE DISCUSSED WITH SAM
- Data Entry into Pipeline and Xero Projects
- Assist with Social media AND Marketing- NEEDS A CONVERSATION TO CREATE PROCESS AND STANDARDS
- Procurement
- Setting up project folders -markups, site BOQ, schedules, colors, products & SWMS
- Maintaining site relationships with clients
- Co-ordinating & motivating the Team
- Safety
- Updating man hours
- Sequencing project
- Quality Control
- Training Register
- Create Electrical register – test & tag expiry dates
- Data entering into google calendar upcoming events, license expiring
- 5 + years proven bookkeeping experience with knowledge of principles and software proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, tax laws, and ethical handling of financial information.
- Strong English communication skills, certification a plus.
- Excellent understanding of Xero Software is essential.
- Proficiency in English both written and Verbal.
- Plan, execute, and track special projects or events, managing logistics and resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the main contact for team members and clients.
- Anticipate needs, provide proactive support, and ensure smooth communication.
Pay: Php400.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
