Employee must be graduate of any Vocational Technical courses
· At least 3-year work experience in Building Maintenance work.
· With technical expertise on job like welding for the fabrication works, Masonry and basic electrical know how.
· Capable to handle Building Maintenance job especially on Civil works.
Responsibilities
Conduct Building Maintenance as implemented by the Facility Supervisor
Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled
Comply on documentation and reports of all maintenance activity
Supervises & instruct subordinates
· Performs as required to fabricate, assemble and install made of wood, insulated panel, concrete and metal or steel.
· Performs plastering of concrete wall and concreting of floor
· Performs tile setting and laying of concrete hallow blocks if needed.
· Makes and repairs cabinet, cornices, bookcases, furniture and racking made of wood or metal or steel
· Performs rough and finish carpentry and mason work as required.
· Maintain and repairs water system and sanitary system
· Maintain, install and repairs minor electrical job. (Piping layout, lighting fixture, accessories and devices) and mechanical works (roll-up doors).
· Alter structures or remodeling and construct in-house project
· Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance to insulated panel doors or sectional doors, dock levelers.
· Perform fabrication works if needed.
· Painting of in-house projects
· Ensure to Monitoring the Materials and Spare part inventory.
· Assist Facility and Maintenance Executive in the evaluation of the project, repairs and improvement needed.
· Extend and flexible hours to accommodate operations demand
· Assist with other maintenance duties as needed.
· Keep all tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in condition at all times.
· Perform Daily Job Order Request repairs and compliance.
· Monitor Daily Mechanical Equipment such as Fire Pump, Water Pumps, Tanks to ensure working well at any given time.
· Perform Daily routine inspection of Facility equipment such as Roll up Doors, Sliding Doors, and other mechanical equipment inside the Warehouse.
· Keeps workplace clean at all times.
· Perform Proper documentation on Job Order Request monitoring.
