QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Business Admin Major in Human Resource Management or any related course.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience in HR and Admin related duties.
  • Have good time management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in using major Microsoft systems
JOB OVERVIEW:
HR and Admin Assistant will assist the HR Admin Officer and HR Admin Manager in facilitating the general and daily HR Admin operations of the company relatively to:
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Employee Engagement
  • Talent Acquisition and Deployment
  • Labor Relation
  • Training and Development
  • Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Preferably with Basic First Aid Training
Willing to be assigned in Axis Road, Kalawaan Pasig City
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
