Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Sales experience in Banking, Fin Tech, or Telecom is a plus.
• Strong background in retail sales and local merchant network development.
• Leadership skills to inspire and drive team performance.
• Great marketing and sales skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
• Proven ability to close deals and manage sales pipelines.
• Willing to work at 6th Avenue, Caloocan City (near 5th Avenue LRT Station).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on customer leads.
• Identify sales prospects and drive business development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and cross-sell products.
• Adhere to internal guidelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer queries and provide top-notch service.
• Maintain activity reports on daily performance and follow-ups.
