Business Analyst, Robotics Global Service Business Intelligence

You become part of a smaller team in the Global Service organization that focuses on crunching numbers to understand the business in-depth, as well as analyzing how we can improve the business performance.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization’s success by leveraging data to inform decisions, identify gaps, and efficiency improvements.

Key Functions

• Examine data to gain insights into business performance and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with various stakeholders within the Global Service organization to identify their needs and provide data-based solutions.
• Prepare and present data for meetings and reviews, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to make informed business judgments and resolutions.
• Use and probe data to identify efficiencies and recommend process improvements throughout the organization.
• Extract and transform data from various sources e.g. Salesforce to prepare it for evaluation and assessment.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:
You are an ideal candidate if you:

• Have at least three years of experience in a similar role.
• Are familiar with Power BI (a plus, but not mandatory).
• Have a strong interest in data evaluations and data architecture.
• Possess excellent critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrate a strong business acumen and a solid grasp of business processes.
• Have a curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Are self-motivated and results-oriented who takes initiative and sees projects through to completion.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is a requirement.
