Internship Overview:
The Solar Business Development Intern is a fully remote role envisioned to play a pivotal role in growing our market presence and expanding our client base in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) market segment of the Philippine solar market. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with multinationals in the renewable energy industry and contribute to the growth of Entoria Energy in the Philippines.

This role is a 3-month full-time or 6-month part-time position.

Some key aspects of the role inlude:

Market Research: Coordinate with the Business Development Team to identify target industries and potential clients by understanding customer’s energy needs, pain points, and challenges, tailoring your approach accordingly.
Lead Generation: Initiate meaningful conversations with leads, creating initial interest and setting up appointments for the Business Development team.
Proposal Preparation Support: Assist the BD Team in preparing and delivering techno-commercial solar presentation to potential clients.
Administrative Support: Document interactions, track progress, and report on lead generation activities to measure success
Partnership Development: Explore solar collaboration opportunities with other organizations

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated undergraduate student with below qualifications:

Enrolled Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Strong interest in business development and renewable energy technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and research skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with solar tools (eg. Helioscope, PVSyst, Solar GIS) is a plus
