• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand product capabilities and translate them into compelling business propositions
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of business development principles and practices
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of materials engineering or chemistry engineering
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business deals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
