- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product capabilities and translate them into compelling business propositions
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business development principles and practices
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of materials engineering or chemistry engineering
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
