JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for the administration and coordination tasks to ensure that all client requirements are accomplished to keep the sales cycle moving smoothly.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day administrative sales activities such as record-keeping, sales tracking, contract tracking, documentation, updating of the sales pipeline, processing accreditation, and similar tasks
• Process all Service Execution Requests (SER) as assigned
• Receives the approved & signed proposal/service agreements
• Fulfill client requirements (new and renewal), ensuring all contracts, insurance policies, performance bonds, and similar items are processed, recorded, and up to date
• Process requests for accreditations by gathering all the required legal documents and submit it to the client.
• File & organize contracts and legal documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work experience in an administrative role or similar is an advantage but not required
• Good verbal and written capacity in the English language; must be tech-savvy
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Proficient in Google applications and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
