JOB SUMMARY:
The Organization Development (OD) Associate will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources team in the implementation of performance management and employee engagement programs across the organization. This position is focused on fostering a positive work environment, building employee engagement, and aligning organizational practices with the company's strategic goals and culture.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in employee engagement activities
• Support the implementation, and administration of performance management programs and processes
• Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring that timelines, guidelines, and expectations are clearly communicated and followed
• Assist in the execution of recognition and rewards programs that reinforce company values and drive employee engagement
• Coordinate and support the planning of engagement events and activities
• Provide support in preparing and distributing org communications
• Offer general administrative support for organization development activities, including scheduling, preparing materials, and tracking participation in various programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related area is desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with HRIS systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Passionate about fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing the employee experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
