Who are we looking for:
As a Learning and Organizational Effectiveness Assistant , you will support the design and implementation of organizational development activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and strategies. Your role involves assisting in organizational diagnostics, competency management, policy/process reviews, job design, and other development efforts to create a positive, sustainable impact.
  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining the Balanced Scorecard for assigned teams to ensure goal alignment and to support performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with teams to facilitate the application and completion of performance management tools and processes, ensuring alignment with group leaders' expectations.
  • Provide recommendations and assistance in assessing and documenting team structures, reporting lines, and span of control, ensuring efficient workflows. Assist in documenting approved changes to the Table of Organization.
  • Conduct job analyses to develop accurate job descriptions, identifying Key Result Areas (KRAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Actions. Ensure proper documentation and approval processes for job descriptions.
  • Help determine job requirements, specifications, and competencies for job leveling and grading in coordination with the Compensation and Benefits division.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to Talent databases, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Succession Planning, Competency Assessment, and Talent Mobility tracking.
  • Provide insights into learning and competency gaps. Assist in creating group-wide interventions and ensure proper follow-through on development initiatives.
  • Research and utilize organizational diagnosis tools to support problem-solving efforts. Collaborate with team leads to develop appropriate interventions and action plans.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities in coordination with HR Operations and team leads. Collect data on employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
What does it take to be part of the team?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in Organizational Development, with exposure to other HR facets such as Learning & Development or Talent Acquisition.
  • Familiarity with Job Analysis, Performance Management, Competency Management, Organizational Development, Job Evaluation, and Talent Management.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, using various communication methods.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive attitude and desire to achieve results.
