- Manage and engage with the client’s online community (e.g., social media groups, pages, and forums).
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture the client’s social media audience, ultimately inviting all who engage to take the next steps to become a sales qualified lead.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and appointment-setting activities.
You might be the one we are looking for if you…
- Have 2+ years of experience in appointment setting and social media community building
- Have experience managing social media communities
- Have experience with audience growth/engagement strategy
- Have a portfolio showcasing growth with past community management contracts (e.g. conversions)
- Are comfortable to be client facing
- Have strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Are fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Very detail-oriented, please include the phrase “Social Media Pro” in your CV or letter
- Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)
- Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
