We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts, building relationships, and feeding qualified leads into the sales funnel that lead to meaningful conversations and eventually closing contracts.
What You’ll Do:

• Engage on Linked In: Leave thoughtful and engaging comments on Linked In to initiate and nurture relationships with our client.
• Cold Outreach Campaigns: Manage and execute cold email and social media outreach campaigns to generate interest and convert prospects into leads.
• Schedule Initial Calls: Act as the first point of contact by scheduling calls with our client and ensuring a smooth transition to the next-level executive for further discussions.
• Optimize Campaigns: Continuously improve and optimize outreach strategies to boost response rates and increase the number of scheduled calls and bookings.
• Lead List Building: Use scraping tools to build comprehensive lead lists and keep them organized in Google Sheets for outreach and tracking.

You might be the one we are looking for if you…
-Have 2+ years of Business Development experience
-Have demonstrated success in cold outreach through cold calling, cold emails, Linked In messaging, and other outreach methods.
-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing
​-Please add the word “BDR Pro” into your resume or cover letter near the top in a sentence or description, so we know you’re paying attention to details
-Are comfortable on the video calls talking with different clients
-Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)
-Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
