Job Accountability:
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving the company’s financial growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in key markets, with a primary focus on the semiconductor and electronics industry.
Job Tasks and Expectations:

• Customer Engagement: Present technical solutions to clients, understand their needs, and recommend the best products.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop pricing and quotation strategies, generate leads, close sales, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Technical Support: Provide support during product evaluations and installations, with familiarity with cleaning machines, and troubleshooting issues.
• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving company growth.

Job Requirements:

• Experience:
• At least 3 years of working experience related to Business Development.
• Preferably has experience with handling chemicals and machines.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical), Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate, bold, and eager to learn.
• Integrity and malasakit (a Filipino value reflecting care and concern for others).
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision.

Work Requirements & Benefits:

• Work hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Office location: BGC Taguig City, Metro Manila.
• Work arrangement: Primarily fieldwork with some work-from-home flexibility.
