Business Excellence Manager | Green Belt

Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Business Excellence Manager.
About the Role: As a Business Excellence Manager you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:

Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience, and employee input in a project environment
Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles
Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement, and analysis of standardized processes
Provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings
Facilitate and/or participate in cross functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

At least 10-14 years of overall experience with at least 5-6 years Business Excellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement
With relevant experience in AI or RPA and Transformation
Finance background (has to have some understanding of Finance)
Green Belt or Black Belt trained or certified
Any accounting degree or candidate has working experience in accounting domain for 2-5 years
Open to ASEAN and local market
Open to Non-Local resources
Open to all industries
Open to IC candidates
Open to college graduates
