Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Learning Officer (CLO) to lead and enhance our training and development programs. The CLO will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our three-week training curriculum that equips our Filipino EAs with the skills necessary to become the best remote EAs for our UK and US clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring our VAs are highly skilled, confident, and ready to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Lead Training Programs: Design and continuously improve our three-week training program focusing on both soft skills (communication, time management, problem-solving) and technical skills (project management tools, software proficiency, etc.).
  • Curriculum Development: Create and maintain a curriculum that aligns with the needs of our UK and US clients, ensuring our EAs are equipped to handle diverse tasks and challenges.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance evaluations, making necessary adjustments to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of trainers and instructional designers to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to keep our programs cutting-edge and relevant.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to EAs, helping them to grow professionally and develop their careers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (recruitment, client relations) to understand their needs and ensure training programs are aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) in a virtual assistant role.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior learning and development role, preferably within a remote or virtual assistant setting.
  • Strong background in training and curriculum development, specifically for virtual assistants or related fields.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing training programs that deliver measurable results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
