Chief Happiness Officer (Cebu-based)

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc is an outsourcing company based in Cebu city, Philippines with clientele all over the United States. We have over 300 Rockstar employees across various industries and we are continuously expanding fast.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team as Chief Happiness Officer. The CHO will lead the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance employee well-being, satisfaction, and productivity. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, empathy, and a deep understanding of employee dynamics to drive a culture of happiness and high performance.
This is a full-time role, Night Shift, and on a Work in Office (WIO- Cebu office) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Employee Engagement – Facilitate the conceptualization, preparation, and implementation of employee engagement and integration projects, including company-wide celebrations, social events, management of employee interest groups, work/life and wellness programs, etc.
● On boarding Process – Design the on-boarding program for new joiners, conduct the induction sessions
● Employee Relations – Build strong relationships with the managers and employees and act as a strong advisor for all HR related queries. You will provide feedback and coaching at the management and employee levels, and monitoring the “pulse” of the organization, to quickly identify and troubleshoot problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
● Employee Experience – Ensure that the employees will have a great experience from onboarding to exit.
● Company events – Spearhead annual programs and events and work with suppliers, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Candidate may be a Graduate of any Bachelor’s/College degree course of Psychology, HRDM or any relevant fields
● Preferably At least 3-year experience in employee engagement
● Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking and influencing skills
● Passion for innovative HR solutions and creating a positive work environment, and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies
● Ability to lead projects, define goals, set milestones and follow through on Deliverables

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
