What the day will look like

• Manage risk matured clients accounts and other corporate accounts within agreed TAT and in compliance with claims protocols.
• Closely coordinate with insurance companies, casa, repair shops and clients to ensure that claims progress within reasonable time and client receive proper settlement of the claims.
• Monitor and update status of claims. Manage ageing claims more than 1 month.
• Record claims on the systems, both in CRP
• Prepare Claims Reports (internal & external)
• Attend meetings with clients and do claims presentations.
• Assist claim manager on claims queries, resolution of claims issue, do client presentation and conduct meetings.
• Help manage team's work load and assist team members on escalated claims
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by manager.
