Client Success Manager / Account Executive (AI Company)

Position Overview
  • Role: Account Manager / Onboarding Specialist
  • Work Arrangement: Fully remote, with EST overlap (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST)
  • Compensation: $1200–$1500/month + performance-based bonuses
  • PTO: 10 days annually (usable after 3 months) + US holidays
  • Location: Remote, Philippines preferred

Role Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Manage new clients’ full onboarding to the AI platform.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain client relationships, resolve issues.
  • Training & Education: Lead sessions to help clients fully utilize the platform.
  • Customer Success & Retention: Monitor account health, optimize feature usage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present account activity reports for clients and teams.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
  • 3+ years in onboarding, account management, or customer success (Saa S, AI preferred)
  • Strong technical and CRM (Salesforce/Hub Spot) proficiency
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Skilled in managing multiple accounts, troubleshooting, and training
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in AI or advanced analytics fields
  • Collaborative approach with sales and product teams for user feedback
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php66,000.00 - Php82,500.00 per month
