Position: Collections Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office/Hybrid
Location: Makati, Philippines (In-office/Hybrid)
Work Hours: US hours (temporarily, can move to a flexible schedule as work is stabilized)

What You’ll Do

• Manage and document communication with all customers via phone and email to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
• Provide customer service regarding collections issues, processing of customer refunds, processing and reviewing adjustments, and resolving customer discrepancies.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates- Develop effective repayment plans
• Follow-up with customers on overdue accounts
• Assist in the cash application process- Process payments and refunds- Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner
• Document all interactions with customers in the financial system
• Cross-train to cover other billing duties and positions within accounting department- Attend all staff meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required

What You’ll Bring (requirements)- High School Diploma/ GED

• 2+ years prior, relevant work experience
