The Core Objectives:
1. Timely collection to reduce outstanding receivables
2. Timely and accurate settlement and payment adjustments
3. Bad debt and write offs reduction
4. Resolving disputes
5. Maintaining good customer relations.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. At least 6 months experience in collection and settlement
2. Graduate of any business course preferred
3. Has good oral and written communication skills
4. Confident in negotiating and persuading
5. Account reconciliation
6. Customer handling
7. Stakeholder management
8. Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
