- Supporting the marketing department’s campaigns by coordinating with various parties, vendors and marketing team
- Coordination with the production and relevant teams in order to ensure timely supply of goods and services
- Regular coordination and relationship management with external vendors to ensure timely execution and high quality of marketing campaigns
- Logistics management, Vendor management, external event management and community engagement
- Maintaining a tracker or inventory, ensuring all resources are updated and accurate and the coordination of the new materials as needed
- Skilled in project management
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational skills
- A team player
- Ability to multitask, organize, must be detail oriented and can solve problems that may arise while working under tight deadlines
- Must know how to properly delegate tasks and supervise team during event preparation and on the day of the event
- Time management skills
- Creative enough to come up with interesting ideas regularly
- Ability to handle stress and work extra hours if necessary
- Negotiation and Budgeting
- Presentation skills
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
