JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:
- Conduct in-depth investigation through Zoom meetings and/or face-to-face interviews with stakeholders
- Coordinate with different teams while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations for ongoing investigation and cases
- Provide investigation outcomes and make sure all fraud modus are documented
- To act immediately on complaints and implement Driver Guidelines
- Conduct face-to-face classroom to re-educate drivers with Quality and Fraud infraction
Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Fraud Specialist, the following are the main areas of focus:
FRAUD
- You are responsible for monitoring case endorsement from different teams within the organization
- Implement necessary sanctions to driver-partners and/ or peers as provided on the Driver Guidelines
- You will support the Relation Executives for any Merchant and Driver-partner concerns
- Conduct 1on1 investigation to our Driver and Delivery-Partners and make sure that they understand their violations before giving sanctions
- Maintain applicable internal records related to investigation(s), including accurate and timely updates to case tracking and monthly reporting applications
- Execute distinct tasks following clearly defined internal processes accurately, timely, and with minimal guidance
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance
- Excellent problem solving/decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent investigative and analytical skills
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills in both English and Filipino, with exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptionally strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills with focus on quality and customer experience
- Uses data effectively in delivering daily tasks
WHAT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE:
- Able to identify bottlenecks in the process and propose well-thought-out solutions and process improvements
- Excellent data-keeping and management skills and well-versed in Excel
- Previous experience in similar or related field
- Eager and flexible, ready to contribute extra hours when needed
