Position: Sales Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office/Hybrid
Location: Makati, Philippines (In-office/Hybrid)
Work Hours: US hours (temporarily, can move to a flexible schedule as work is stabilized)

Overview:
This role involves working closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns, perform market research, create content, engage with potential customers, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities.
• Create and manage social media content to promote services.
• Engage with potential customers to foster relationships.
• Track and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of all company services to effectively promote them in the market.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think strategically.
