Qualifications:

• Experience:
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a company driver or a similar role.
• Licenses:
• Valid Professional Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Familiarity with Metro Manila routes, especially Makati City.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Strong time-management skills and punctuality.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Personal Attributes:
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and courtesy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Capable of loading and unloading light to medium packages.
• Transport company personnel, clients, and guests safely to and from designated locations.
• Deliver packages, documents, and other items to various destinations in a timely manner.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle’s fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, and brakes.
• Ensure cleanliness and overall upkeep of the vehicle at all times.
• Coordinate repairs and servicing as needed to maintain the vehicle's condition.
• Route Planning and Time Management:
• Plan routes effectively, considering traffic conditions and delivery timelines.
• Arrive punctually and ensure efficient trip schedules.
• Compliance with Regulations:
• Follow all traffic regulations and company policies related to the use of the vehicle.
• Maintain valid driver’s licenses and ensure that all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, etc.) are up to date.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate logs for trip details, vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and service records.
• Report any accidents, traffic violations, or other incidents immediately to the supervisor.
• General Assistance:
• Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary.
• Support other operational tasks within the company as required.
