- Provides basic nursing care to sick or injured employees.
- Notifies the Managers and HR of the status of an employee who has been assessed in the clinic.
- Handles medical related inquiries.
- Works hand-in-hand with the company assigned Medical Doctor and is responsible for reporting the medical/health status of an employee.
- Educates employees on the prevention of sickness/diseases; dispenses appropriate medicine/s based on the employee's complaint.
- Evaluate sick leave (SL) requests and validate the nature and duration of sickness prior to approval/disapproval
- Inventory of medicines and medical supplies. Prepares the documents required for the processing of permits and licenses.
- Coordinates with the Operations team and the Management team for Health and Wellness programs - proposals and implementations.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent.
- Must have an active Nursing license or its equivalent.
- Must have a 2-3 years minimum work experience in a clinical setting.
- Must be amenable to work in a shifting schedule.
- Must be amenable to work on-site in Clark. - Pampanga
- DOH - Safety Officer Certified (Preferred but not required).
- Experience working in the BPO industry is a plus.
