Position Summary: Compben Associate is responsible in processing payroll and administering benefits of employees
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the on time processing of payroll and generation of reports
• Update payroll records in the system
• Prepare government-mandated reports
• Prepare and document the release of final payment to separated employees
• Responds to employee inquiries
• Handle employee benefits insurance

Position Specification:
Education: Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course, preferably Psychology, HRDM or Behavioral Science
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience handling compensation and benefits
Competencies:

• Advanced mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and Statutory Benefits
• Ability to handle confidential information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
