Position Summary: Compben Associate is responsible in processing payroll and administering benefits of employees
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the on time processing of payroll and generation of reports
Update payroll records in the system
Prepare government-mandated reports
Prepare and document the release of final payment to separated employees
Responds to employee inquiries
Handle employee benefits insurance

Position Specification:
Education: Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course, preferably Psychology, HRDM or Behavioral Science
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience handling compensation and benefits
Competencies:

Advanced mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and Statutory Benefits
Ability to handle confidential information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
