Construction Admin Assistant

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using software platforms and eager to learn, they take initiative and work well independently. Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with AR/AP is a bonus but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and email management.
- Track invoices, payments, and follow-ups with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on payments and contracts.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Support project managers and senior staff with calendars, schedules, and administrative needs.
- Collaborate on creating and improving SOPs and processes
- Perform other ad hoc functions as required by the role.
- Minimum of two (2) years work experience as Admin VA.
- Experience with AR and AP processes is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable learning and using new software platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Have you worked in the Construction Industry before? If so, for how long?
