We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Corporate Nurse to join our team. 1. Patient Records Management:

• Maintain accurate and confidential health records for employees.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
• Validate and assess medical certificates submitted by employees.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to verify the authenticity and relevance of medical documentation.

2. Injury and Illness Management:

• Provide immediate care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Manage follow-up care, rehabilitation, and return-to-work plans.

3. Health Education:

• Educate employees on health and safety practices to prevent occupational illnesses and injuries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Nursing; preferably with a valid PRC license
• Proven experience as a Corporate Nurse, preferably in a corporate setting
• Familiar with occupational health regulations and best practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and BOSH certification are highly preferred for this role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
• Ability to make informed decisions in emergency situations
• Amenable to work in a rotational shifting schedule
