QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Hotel & Restaurant Management or other related program
- Certified Bread and Pastry Chef
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience and expertise in bread and pastry, preferably in Philippine market
- Experience in ideation of recipes / product development, bakery management and operations, preferably from food service / food solutions
- Experience in creating training materials and conducting trainings / demos
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Able to work in collaboration with different teams
- Creation of recipes and management of the recipe library of the company
- Ideation of new products and processes for clients
- Oversee the daily operations of the Department including maintenance of equipment
- Provide technical expertise in terms of the application of products, setting up of working / demo area, baked goods and product displays
- Train Chefs for demos and provides proper orientation to new hires
- Manage the Department’s budget and monitor the expenses
- Coordinate with various teams such as Sales and Marketing, Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Purchasing and Logistics
