US Corporate Accountant

Our client is looking for a Corporate Accountant who will play a vital role in preparing various corporate accounting activities and the timely preparation of internal documents, analyses, and financial and operational information for internal management and external reporting. He/she is naturally inclined to be a self-starter and you enjoy being a part of a hard-working and growing company.
SCHEDULE: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare general ledger entries
- Prepare general ledger account reconciliation
- Prepare various excise tax returns
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or a related field of study is required
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Experience with computers and demonstrated skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential
- History of effectively working independently or as a team
- High degree of accuracy, while meeting regular deadlines
