ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a talented RMM Implementation Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to drive transformation in Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Guide clients through the entire lifecycle of RMM tool implementation, including system setup, configuration, and customization
Leverage a deep understanding of the Connect Wise suite of products to facilitate the transition from Connect Wise Automate to Connect Wise RMM
Assist clients in understanding and creating scripts within the Connect Wise RMM product, enabling them to be self-reliant and efficient
Deliver regular server reviews to ensure optimal system stability
Offer strategic guidance on patching configuration and conduct comprehensive reviews to ensure best practices are in place
Foster effective relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and contribute to the knowledge base

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in RMM tools, specifically in implementing and managing these platforms
Familiarity with the Connect Wise suite of products is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of scripting, with a focus on Connect Wise RMM scripting
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer service orientation
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
