ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a talented RMM Implementation Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to drive transformation in Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Guide clients through the entire lifecycle of RMM tool implementation, including system setup, configuration, and customization
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the Connect Wise suite of products to facilitate the transition from Connect Wise Automate to Connect Wise RMM
  • Assist clients in understanding and creating scripts within the Connect Wise RMM product, enabling them to be self-reliant and efficient
  • Deliver regular server reviews to ensure optimal system stability
  • Offer strategic guidance on patching configuration and conduct comprehensive reviews to ensure best practices are in place
  • Foster effective relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and contribute to the knowledge base
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in RMM tools, specifically in implementing and managing these platforms
  • Familiarity with the Connect Wise suite of products is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of scripting, with a focus on Connect Wise RMM scripting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer service orientation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
