CRM/Virtual Assistant for Sales & Events

Job Overview:
Be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. You will tackle a variety of administrative tasks joining our remote team in the Philippines. Your mission is to keep things running smoothly. Skills in organization, communication, and tech are key. Help us keep our team connected and our workflows efficient. Become a primary administrator to Honeybook CRM and our proprietary wedding software application.
Responsibilities:
Honey Book Admin
  • General Administration tasks of Super Admin
  • Manage Client Accounts
  • Customize and distribute the company's client portal
  • Customize the company's pipeline stages
  • Create and Manage Workflows and Automations
  • Manage client communications
Administrative Support:
  • Keep schedules, meetings, and appointments in check.
  • Plan travel and stays with ease.
  • Manage emails and highlight urgent items.
  • Craft and refine important documents.
Communication Management:
  • Be the go-to between our team, clients, and partners.
  • Keep us all talking, across emails, chats, and calls.
  • Track and sort through inquiries with care.
Task Coordination:
  • Keep our tasks and deadlines straight.
  • Work with us to see projects through.
  • Keep our documents and files in order.
  • Research and Data Management:
  • Dig up info and trends online.
  • Organize data to guide our decisions.
Technical Proficiency:
· Use Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and more like a pro.
· Be ready to pick up new tech tools as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Admin Experience with Honeybook/Dubsado CRM
  • Have a history as Virtual Assistant for Sales & Events.
  • Be a wizard at organizing and multitasking.
  • Excellent English writing and talking skills.
· Know your way around online tools and software specifically CRM and Project Management Tools
· Keep secrets safe and handle information with care.
· Ready to start tasks on your own without anyone watching over.
· Can work when we do, and flex for global time zones.
Education and Experience:
· A bachelor’s in business, communications, or related would be great.
· Experience as an executive assistant or in support roles gets you a gold star.
