CSR Admin Assistant

A CSR Admin Assistant manages the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the BK Heart Foundation by setting and monitoring the schedules, organizing the incoming flow of work, prioritizing requests, maintaining a monitoring system, and following up to ensure timely responses; preparing for meetings and arranging teleconference even in different locations.
Co-create and monitor implementation of an organization's social responsibility programs and it's overall impact to the company image and community.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Tracks and manages documents, schedules meetings, screens, and directs calls.
  • Organize meeting arrangements and roll outs, including but not limited to, contacting participantsm preparing documentation for distribution, and coordinating administrative and logistical arrangements.
  • Folliwing the meeting, drafts minutes of the meeting and circulates to participants.
  • Reaches out and represent the company to different organizations, institutions and clients to deliver the message of the company's commitment to social responsibility
  • Prepares monthly documentation and report of the program status, result and impact.
  • Assist the CSR manager in developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies.
  • Coordinates with different departments the company's social responsibility policies.
  • Prepares project logistics as well as tracks and records its distribution.
  • Provides administrative support to the CSR Manager and COS.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, public administration, communication, behavioral science, accounting or finance.
  • Worked on Corporate Social Responsibility or similar projects is an advantage.
  • Work experience in Human Resource, Marketing, or Business Operations or finance.
  • Accounting/Finance background is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and monitoring skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
